Have you heard of Small Business Saturday? It is an event created by American Express, held the Saturday after Black Friday. Intended to offset the corporate madness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, it encourages consumers to support small business-businesses just like us, PersonalizedFree.com!
American Express has made Small Business Saturday even more enticing for consumers. You can register your AmEx card at their Small Business Saturday website, then when you spend at least $25 at one of their participating small businesses on November 27th, you will get a $25 credit on your card! Well, I suppose it is time to admit defeat. The kids are back in school, if you are here in the Pacific Northwest like us, the rains have set in, and Christmas decorations are out in the stores-this can only mean one thing. Summer is definitely over, and fall is upon us. Fall is not all bad, though. Who doesn’t love the changing of the leaves, pumpkin pies, and Halloween?
